• FENDEQ.COM acts as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels.

Free of charge

• Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, Fendeq.com will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.

Prices

• All prices on Fendeq.com are very competitive.

Credit card guarantee

• Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel.
• Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details.
• The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte.

Booking cancellations

• Please follow the instructions in the “cancel booking” page. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully.
• If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Note, Fendeq.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.

• خدمتنا مجانية. حيث أننا في فندق.كوم لا نقوم بإضافة أي مبالغ أو عمولات إضافية لسعر الغرفة كما هو الحال في معظم المواقع على الانترنت و شركات السياحة و السفر.

• جميع الأسعار على موقع فندق.كوم هي على مستوى عالي من التنافسية.

ضمان البطاقة الائتمانية

• بيانات البطاقة الائتمانية ضرورية من قبل الفنادق لتأكيد الحجوزات. بيانات البطاقة الائتمانية سوف تنقل تلقائيا للفندق المطلوب. عند إتمام الحجز فانك تكون قد تعاقدت مع الفندق بشكل تلقائي و مباشر.
• معلومات البطاقة الائتمانية تصلنا عن طريق جهاز آمن. نحن نستخدم أحدث و أكثر الوسائل التكنولوجية أمانا حيث نقوم بتشفير جميع المعلومات الشخصية و بيانات البطاقات الائتمانية.
• نستخدم تكنلوجيا تشفير (SSL) و اللتي تعتبر الأقوى و الأكر ضمانا في مجال تكنلوجيا المعلومات. و قد تم التصديق على شهادة التشفير من قبل شركة ( Thawte) العالمية الرائدة في هذا المجال.

لالغاء الحجوزات

• يرجى إتباع التعليمات على صفحة إلغاء الحجز. إذا تم الإلغاء بالاتفاق مع سياسة الفندق فان الإلغاء يكون مجاني. ننصح بقراءة سياسة الفندق بتمعن عند القيام بالحجز.
• في حالة الإلغاء المتأخر عن الفترة المحددة بسياسة الفندق أو في حالة عدم الذهاب فان الفندق سوف يقوم باستقطاع مبلغ (عادة ما يكون مساوي لثمن ليلة واحدة). لاحظ أن فندق.كوم لن يقوم باستقطاع أي غرامات لاسيما غرامات التأخير.

اخلاء مسؤلية

• على رغم أننا نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتوفير الأسعار بالعملة التي تناسب المستخدم (في الغالب عملة المستخدم) , فان هذه التحويلات هي تقريبات للأسعار الفعلية و هي للعلم فقط و بدون أي ضمان حيث أن السعر النهائي سوف يشار إليه بـ "السعر بالعملة المحلي" و هو السعر المتعاقد عليه.
• تم بناء موقع فندق.كوم بعناية كبيرة حيث أن أساس خدماتنا مرتكز على المعلومات المقدمة من الفنادق, و لهذا السبب فان الفنادق مسئولة عن دقة و صحة هذه المعلومات.
• يمكن لأصحاب الفنادق تغيير المعلومات الفندق مثل الأسعار و الغرف المتوفرة في أي وقت. و لذلك نحن لا نضمن دقة جميع المعلومات و لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أخطاء أو عدم دقة بالمعلومات المقدمة.
